    Note: Additional information may be available on selected properties listed for sale.  However in order for us to send out sensitive, confidential information and or financials it is required that you provide your names and contact details and accept the Terms and Conditions set down below.  Please note that should contact details not be provided we shall not be able to supply additional information, particularly if we are only provided with a web based email address such as 'hotmail' 'yahoo' etc.

     

    TERMS AND CONDITIONS

     

    I/we request additional information on selected properties listed for sale.  I/we by requesting the said information hereby accept the terms and conditions as set down below.

     

    AGREEMENT OF CONFIDENTIALITY

     

    I/we are desirous of learning additional details on properties marketed by D.V.Marsh trading as Endless Summer Properties and or their Associates hereinafter called the Agents.

     

    I/we are aware that the Owners of the Listed Properties have requested absolute discretion concerning their property and personal details.

     

    I/we agree that all information including but not limited to financial statements, balance sheets, sales figures or any other financial information, faxed emailed or obtained in writing or verbally are of a confidential nature and I/we will not divulge this information to any other party except those approved by the Agent or those persons acting on our behalf being registered accountants, solicitors or business advisers, or for any purpose other then to ascertain the viability of the Listed Properties presented to us for sale.

     

    I/we agree that should we wish to inspect or negotiate any property introduced to us by the Agent we shall make all arrangements directly with the consultant representing the said Agent.
