The building consists of three levels with a total of seven bedrooms and five bathrooms and is nestled on a quarter acre block surrounded by natural flora and an abundance of native wildlife. Kookaburras regularly visit guests at breakfast time on the second level deck. Green tree frogs, many varieties of native birds, possums, geckos and small lizards all reside in the natural  bush-land surrounds.  The owners enjoy complete privacy in their private self contained living area.

 

Currently operating with 4 guest bedrooms each with ensuite or private bathroom and opening onto decks with hinterland views.  Also for the guests benefit is the welcoming reception area, guests lounge room, kitchenette, garden with large paved area, BBQ facilities,  alfresco dining areas and spa.  On the upper level is the spacious formal dining room and large open verandah also for the guests use. 

 

The owners quarters are very private and separate from the guest areas. Inclusive of lounge/dining, master bedroom with ensuite and dressing room, two additional bedrooms, roomy airy office, well equipped quality kitchen, verandahs, laundry, ample storage, new undercover entertaining deck, private car parking and private garden with utility shed.

 

The property is currently licensed for four guest rooms.  Depending on personal requirements it could be operated with up to five guest rooms (subject to approval) without interfering with the owners personal living accommodation.
