Sunday lunch is a huge affair at this Country Pub as people arrive from all around including Gladstone, Monto, 1770, Agnes Waters, Tannum Sands, Boyne Island, Rockhampton and many more places. They come particularly for the huge man-size steaks and cold salad buffet. Families and Groups often make a day of it and take drive through the scenic Boyne Valley.
There is much activity curringly happening in the region surrounding the Boyne Valley such as gas drilling at Ubobo, new mine at Monto and the State forrests being taken over by National Forrests. The region is expanding and developing daily
This well established lifestyle business has further potential and is well worth consideration. Expansion by installing caravans or erecting cabins or units (subject to council approval) on the 2 vacant blocks could be considered a possibility.
