On the upper level there is a  fully equipped eat-in kitchen with gas cook top, oven, grill, refrigerator with freezer and extendable dining setting. Adjacent is the bathroom with a deep bath, shower and separate toilet. Downstairs is divided into three bedrooms, plus one semi-enclosed sleeping area and a second bathroom. This level has its own TV, DVD, CD and fireplace. The beds in this area are very versatile and they can be used as singles or zipped together to make king size beds. A 95 year old passenger railway carriage has been extended and is used as two self contained suites or on family group.  The suites are also fully equipped and have its own verandah with beautiful bushland outlook.
