Situated on the banks of the mighty Clarence River, (the biggest and cleanest river), only 18 km. from the Jacaranda City of Grafton, in a quiet country setting. This is a facility for the keen river users for skiing, fishing and boating.

The resort is a 14 Lot, Community Title Tourist Facility, with electronically controlled security gate, and  Estate Manager who maintains all the common property.

The common property is owned by all owners. This includes: all concrete roads, an onsite sewer treatment system, Recreation hall with Pool Table, Fridge, Oven, Table Tennis, Darts and a Bar bench.

This facility has seen several of the owners have various celebrations with bands etc. .

The riverbank includes a boat ramp, two sun-shelters with tables and chairs. There is a small beach for children to play in the river, and a pontoon for boat tie ups.

The Villas are two bedrooms with ensuite, some have an extra room for office, and plans can vary for personnel preferences.

Of the five that have been constructed they all have different layouts which include double garage.

All the garages have extra high access doors to allow for the height of some of these larger ski craft.

Next to the garages on the Lot is an area to house a caravan or motor-home where sewerage, power and water can be connected and may be utilised as extra accommodation for your guests.

The owners have the options of renting out their Villas for holiday rentals or Airbnb stays, to earn extra income for the periods when they may be travelling or away overseas etc.
