Vikki Marsh brings a wealth of experience and knowledge following over 35 years in the Real Estate Industry. Vikki independently owned and operated up to 6 real estate offices on the Sunshine Coast Queensland prior to specializing in Lifestyle Accommodation Properties.
Vikki’s previous background in management, accounting, administration, sales and marketing, dealing with people on all levels and professions is clearly an advantage to buyers and sellers of Lifestyle Accommodation Properties.
As her offices were situated in a fast growing Tourist driven location a large percentage of sales were associated with the design, development, marketing and sales of tourist accommodation properties including Guest Houses, Backpackers, Holiday Apartments, Motels and associated Businesses.
Vikki believes her success in business is mainly due to sincere personal service, hard work, empathy and professional expert assistance provided to her clientele.
The birth of Endless Summer Properties was brought about when Vikki considered purchasing a “Lifestyle Accommodation Property” following the sale of the general Real Estate Offices. Unfortunately when researching the internet, media from all States etc. it became clear that the process of finding the right property would not be easy and would be very time consuming. The variety of properties of interest were in various states and regions making it difficult to locate and assess them …………
Consequently it became apparent that there was a ‘niche’ market place for buyers and sellers of ‘Lifestyle Accommodation Properties’ to market, sell and purchase properties of this nature. By combining years of experience in the Real Estate Industry together with months of research ‘ENDLESS SUMMER PROPERTIES’ was created.
