The split level, two bedroom, self contained cottage accommodates up to 4 adults. With a private 6 person spa, spacious decks, and floor to ceiling on way glass this getaway cottage provides privacy with views of majestic trees, water glimpses and prolific birdlife.

This small Island in Moreton Bay is only a few minutes ferry trip from the mainland and is known as a boaties paradise. The boating is incredible and water sports are abundant in the absolutely calm clean waters. Bird life includes lorikeets, kookaburras curlews and plenty more.  Once can throw in a line to catch your fish which are of ample supply.  Access to Brisbane or the Gold Coast with heaps of theme parks, zoo, and tourist facilities are only an hour away, although most of the guests tend to stay in paradise once they have arrived.  

Additional activities on the Island include, picnic and barbecue areas, (owners offer gourmet picnic baskets on request) swimming enclosure only metres away, tennis court, kiosk, Dugong and sea turtle breeding areas, bird watching and ample water activities including fishing, crabbing, boating etc.  There are also regular short ferry rides to and from other surrounding Islands with Bowls/RSL Clubs, hotel and restaurants.

The owners enjoy a fantastic lifestyle in a two storey, two bedroom, two bathroom private home on the adjoining block with water views.

Guest Accommodation Features:- 

·         Two spacious bedrooms both with queen-sized beds provided and suitable for 4 guests in house travelling together

·         Breakfast and meals are presently offered to guests by the present owners.

·         Full length spacious veranda, bar and 6 person spa with scents and special lighting

·         All linen, blankets, pillows, luxurious robes, TV, video, DVD, CD are all included

·         Full cooking facilities include microwave, gas stove, oven, fridge/freezer plus tea, coffee milk and snacks.

·         Reverse cycle air-conditioning and ceiling fans also included.

This property is offered for sale on a walk in – walk out basis and includes two adjoining blocks of land both with substantial buildings on same. The guest accommodation has been operating since 2002 and is licensed to provide all meals.
